For a real flavor hit, try the incredibly simple Oysters In Coconut Cream topped with a refreshing Green Chilli Granita or for a family feast make the Black Stone Flower Lamb Chops served with a smoky Burnt Onion Raita. With recipes for cocktails, breads, pickles, and chutneys, and an emphasis on high-quality ingredients, Kricket is truly a fresh, modern, and exciting approach to Indian food.

About the Author

Will Bowlby is chef-founder of the Kricket Indian restaurants in Soho, London. He focuses on creating Indian dishes, which use seasonal ingredients. Will spent a couple of years working in Bombay and his menu is more a homage to Indian cuisine - a 'modern memoir' of his time there - than a direct translation. Bowlby has been labelled a 'chef to watch' in 2016, and his refined versions of Indian classics are adored by diners and chefs alike in London, including Michel Roux Jr, Pierre Koffmann, Nuno Mendes and Anna Hanson. Opening his first restaurant in Brixton, in a shipping container with just 20 seats in June 2015, he and his business partner Rik Campbell, quickly attained a cult following and support that has enabled them to open their first bricks and mortar site in Soho in January 2017.
