Once a month, join us for Sandman Storytime! Award winning costumed characters visit the bookshop for this interactive family friendly event. Heroes and princesses pose for pictures with the kids. Stop by and meet these beloved characters from the world of literature. The adventure begins at 10:30 am. Afterwards, there is an orderly lineup for photos, so each guest can talk to his or her favorite princess-fairy-pirate. Cameras are welcome (remember to tag #SandmanBooks when you post). Guests of all ages may wear costumes if they wish. This event is FREE.

Our characters are based on classic stories such as those by Hans Christian Andersen and the Brothers Grimm, as well as beloved historical figures. **Princess availability varies with each storytime event. Over the years, the cast has included Jane Austen, The Fairy Tale Teller, Mother Goose, Beauty & the Beast, Cinderella, Maid Marian, the Bravest Princess, Cinderella's Fairy Godmother, Princess Ana & The Snow Queen, Tinkerbelle, Jack the Pirate, Princess Miriam of Hawai'i, Esmeralda, The Rebel Princess, and more...
